The Milken Institute publishes a survey each year about a variety of economic factors for cities in the United States. This year’s survey shows that Oklahoma City took a significant leap in creating it’s own success. With it’s burgeoning metro, OKC jumped 50 places on Milken’s list to claim the number 50 spot.
This is good news for those of us living here. We’ll see drastic improvements within the next few years, not only in business, but also in our housing markets.
Also interesting, is the fact that only 6 west-coast cities made the top 50, and no cities in Nevada ranked higher than 75. This is good news for our midwestern/mountain states, as people flock from these overpriced areas to the soothing evirons of our great state.
