Free Legal Document Creation

There’s a new (to me) website that boasts free, automated legal document creation for contracts and other similar documents. The site is called, WhichDraft.com. I like these types of services, and I’m not generally opposed to them.

Addendum on Reading Your Documents

The Consumer Law & Policy Blog has an interesting discussion about a study testing the extent of consumers’ awareness of the agreements that they read. I’ve discussed this issue before (here and here), and admittedly, some of the documents I’ve "read" have been skimmed more than read.
